About Travis A. Gagnier
Travis A. Gagnier has been helping people solve their financial problems for over 21 years. Before becoming an attorney, he graduated with a business finance degree from Washington State University. He enjoys helping the “little guy” take on the big banks and collection agencies to get a fair shake at setting up an affordable plan to pay creditors.
Since 1996, he has been representing people in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Western Washington with Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 cases and bankruptcy disputes and litigation. He also represents clients in the Washington state courts with debtor/creditor lawsuits, stopping garnishments and assisting people in getting back their driver’s licenses that are suspended due to fines. He has been involved in over 6,000 bankruptcy cases as the attorney for the debtor and been involved in numerous trials, hearings and motions.
Mr. Gagnier belongs to several professional organizations, including the American Bankruptcy Institute, the American Bar Association and the South King County Bar Association. As a member of the Washington State Bar Association, he belongs to several practice areas committees, including the Real Property, Probate and Trust, Consumer Protection and Debtor/Creditor sections. Mr. Gagnier is also active in community matter as a volunteer with the Boy Scouts of America and is an Eagle Scout.
Mr. Gagnier earned his Juris Doctor cum laude from Seattle University of Law in Tacoma, Washington. He also has a Bachelor's degree in business administration, which he obtained summa cum laude, from Washington State University in Pullman.

Great place, great staff. They stopped a garnish right away for me, got my license back right away. They knew what they were doing and got all my creditors from the credit reports.
